I.Introduction
UV printer is a kind of high-tech plate-free full-color digital printing press, which is free from material restrictions and can be used for color photo-level printing on the surface of various materials.
Advantages of UV printer: no need to make a plate for one printing, beautiful and rich color, wear resistance, anti-ultraviolet ray, simple and convenient operation, fast printing, fully in line with industrial printing standards.

Application Industry: It can be widely used in leather textile industry, gift processing industry, label marking industry, decoration industry, glass industry, furniture door-moving industry, label industry, exhibition and display industry, rigid cardboard packaging industry, etc.

II. Functional Characteristics of Equipment
(1) The optimization of printing process subtracts some traditional processes, such as plate-making, film-making and color-matching. The printing process is fast and low-cost, and various output software, support various file formats.
(2) UV ink spraying and drying, better printing fastness. Reliable technical guarantees have been obtained in such technical difficulties as nozzle control, weak solvent ink printing control, color curing strength and medium transmission accuracy.
(3) UV printer uses the latest LED cold light source technology, without thermal radiation.
(4) Instantaneous lighting does not require preheating, with low surface temperature of printed materials but not deform.
(5) With the latest generation of sprinklers and intelligent distribution of ink dot size, it has higher printing accuracy than traditional UV machines.
(6) Using water cooling (water circulation) method, it can also have a good light curing effect in summer without air conditioning environment.

Principle: The system sends pulses to control the operation of the printing part, and calculates the position of the motor through the external grating ruler, so as to determine the distance of the spray printing.

V. Debugging results
1. The position command acceleration and deceleration time P205 are set to 500, which can meet the requirements of smooth operation.
2. Setting position ring ratio P102 to 110, P205 to 50, can meet the requirements, and no jitter and glide in continuous operation.
The waveforms in continuous operation under PA100 = 2600, PA101 = 10000, PA 102 = 110, PA 103 = 500 parameters in Fig. 1 below, do not appear "crawling" phenomenon when the integral of speed loop increases.
